The background beats to this song remind me of Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face.” The singer with the straight blonde hair looks like Khloe Kardashian, the one with dark brown hair looks like Ashlee Simpson, and the one with the wavy blonde hair looks like Amy Poehler. I’m glad they tried with this video — there’s a bit of playfulness and a bit of dancing, but the occasional mirrored effects and the evolving photographs are strange and distracting. It doesn’t help that the lyrics are rather insipid. And I probably don’t need to reiterate how many [countless!] music videos have taken place in a club. It gets old!
